1.) What are two things you know about angle sum and congruence properties?

2.) What are questions you still have on angle sum and congruence properties? Or, if you do not have any questions, you can write a summary about any of the angle sum and congruence properties and problems covered in the chapter.

>3 sentences for each prompt for a total of > 6 sentences.

Keep it clean and specific for the kids.

Basically all you do is see if they add up to 180 for the congrancy ones

Basically everything adds up to 180 on a triangle. Congruencey means the same.

1) For corresponding angles they are usually one is interior One is exterior but they are both on the inside. Corresponding angles are equal to each other. With same side interior they are on the same side and usually add up to 180.
2) for measuring the exterior angle of a polygon you use the formula 360 divided by N. Count the number of sides and plug that in for N. Use the formula to solve.

Two things I️ know about sum and congruence properties are that one of the formulas you can use is (n-2)180. Another one is 360/n. And the last one is (n-2) 180/n.
I️ don’t have any questions. To find missing angles you look at the triangle you have and identify the missing angle. Depending on which type of problem you have you have to add or subtract. After you add or subtract you’re done.

I think that I know pritty well how to identify the stuff like same side interior, corsponding exc. I also know how to find the missing angle in a triangle. 4 the summery to find the interior angle sum u just count all the sides subtract 2 and multiply by 180.

1) You can find the answer by setting 180. It seems simple.
2) Will there be harder questions on the test? I have no further questions.

“Sum” is the outcome of two different numbers or variables added together. “Congruence” means two or more things are the same or equal. We use these in math.

“Questions” can also be described as inquiries or enquiries. I have no questions. I have no inquiries or enquiries.

Two things I know about angle sum and congruence properties for corresponding angles the variables are always on the same side of the transversal line but one is on the interior and another is on the exterior. For one exterior angle in each polygon you have to count the sides and one you find the number you divide it by 360 to get your answer. For the polygon problems are there more than one way to solve them?because Kahn academy showed a different way

The two things i know about angle sum and congruence properties are, that angles can add up to 180 and triangles that are equal on each sides are congruent. Since, i don’t have any questions, so to solve for x, in a alternate exterior problem, you set the two equations, equal to each other, then you solve the problem like a algebra problem, to get what x equals.

I still don’t reslly understand the last 10 or so questions on the practice test. I know what to do with the formulas i just don’t know when to use them. Or what’s different between the use of them. I also had trouble with knowing when it’s corresponding or alternating exterior but I figured that out. I also need help on knowing when to make it equal to 180 or the number that it comes with. I only got 1 problem wrong with that so I mostly understand it

1 I know that triangles must add up to 180 degrees.A line must always add up to 180degrees. A right triangle angle is 90 degrees. No time left

Finding the measure of an exterior angle. On these problems you are going to need to know the formula. Once u know the equation u put In The sides subtract 2 multiply by 180 and divide by the number of sides and that’s the awncer.

Finding the measure of the exterior angle.
For these your going to have to know the equation also. Once again your going to plug in the numbers and and the number that comes out is the final.

1.)the angles that occupy the same relative position at each intersection. a straight line crosses two others. If the two lines are parallel, the corresponding angles are equal.
2.)The sum of the measures of the interior angles of a triangle is 180. The exterior angle of a polygon and its corresponding interior angle always add up to 180°. For any polygon, the sum of its exterior angles is 360°.

For the polygon problems, count the sides and divide the number of sides from 360.

The sum can either be 180 or 360. If its a straight line its 180 if its a circle its 360. So thats how you know.

How do you find angles that have no numbers on them. I have no more questions. Thanks for the help.

1. the angles should add up to 180 degrees as well as a straight line
2. i struggle with remembering the formulas to find the interior or exterior angles of a polygon

I get how to find out if it is corresponding alternate exterior and all that stuff I also know how solve for x and find the measure of each angle and the polygon stuff. But I don’t get the triangle angle sum stuff

subtract the angles from 180 to get your answer. There are others ways as well. Congruency means the same. I have no questions. Summary for number 40, add 50 and 60 to get 110, 110 is the answer.😆

I know that is is easy as long as you apply some common sense. Also if you can remember =180, (n-2)•180 and (n-2)•180 divided by n you're well off. Sometimes finding all the other angles can help you find the answer.

I would like to know if there is an quicker methods than the one I use? Is there an easy way to remember the equations for finding the answer?will the test be layed out the same way as the pre-test?

2. To solve for x. Set both epuations to 180 solve and u get x.

A triangle adds up to 180 and you subtract each given angle. And I didn't understand the last 2 question on the practice test

Basically a triangle is a sum of 180 degrees. To solve for x you need to equal the numbers to 180. I don't understand the other ones.

1. vertical angles are equal to one another. a triangle is 180 degrees. a Straight line should as well equal 180. 2. some questions I have on it, is there an easier way to do the problems with solving x? Another, is how do you solve for the equation? Also, how do i answer the questions at the very end?

1. I know angle sum and congruence, the angles add up to 180. Same Side Interior. Same Side Exterior. Congruent. The opposite sides. Vertical.
2.Is the test going to be similar to the pre-test?

1)You have to know the angle and the sum of the angles, 180 is the size that the angle should be.
2)How many questions will be on the test and what is the hardest part.

1. I know that the sum of the interior angles is 180 and if two angles are congruent it means that they are equal.
2. When finding the exterior angle of a polygon the equation you need to use is 360 divides by n. N represents the number of sides on the polygon.
