So, how I understand the systems of equations is that, well it's more than one equation to start. Both of these equations have to be equal, I believe. I may not be right, but I think that they should both be even. For example: 2x + 1 and 2x + 5 would be a system.

How many hot dogs and pops were sold? You’re answer will end up being (35, 52). Another example is you and your friend go to a donut shop. Your bill ends up being $11.25 for 3 donuts and 3 cookies. Your friends bill is $10.00 for 2 donuts and 2 cookies. So how much are donuts? You’re answer will end up being a donut costs $2.50 each.

While trying to solve a system of equations we try to find values for each of the unknowns that will satisfy every system of equations. The equations in the system can be linear or nonlinear. I believe this is right. A real world example someone bought 2 pounds of cheese and 6 pounds of dough and spent $19 to make a pizza after making the pizza it looked so good they decided to make more. They bought 1 more pound of dough and 5more pounds of cheese and spent $15. The equation for this would be 2c+6d=19 and d+5c=15. We can use this to figure out how much they spent on cheese and dough.

1. Systems of Equations is the combination of two equations with unknowns in them. In a linear system of equation, you find a point at which the two linear lines will join. You can find Systems of Equations by either graphing or by substitution. Using graphing,it can be solved by finding the "x" and "y" axis points when you combine the two equations and solve. Then you can subtract the equation that you solved to find an "x" axis point or "y" axis point, depending on which point you found first.

If you don’t know how much brick you need you can use a system of equations to get a better idea. You can also use this while planning your work. Out of the problem you have a number that is too big, too small and that is near the rights number. These number can give us a idea of what the most likely number is going to be. In the real world we can use this at the iPhone store, if I wnated to get five iPhones and an iPhone is 500 dollars and it’s 20% off how much would it cost? 4,000 would be too much,400 would be too low and it would be around 2,000 dollars. Then another problem would be building a house I want to build 4 houses and a house cost about 90,000 dollars if I want two houses. 10,000 would be too less, 500,000 would be too high and 180,000 would be around the right price.
