That I learned how to equal out equations. How to put it up onto a graph. And how to “Re check”. That it’s not always numbers that don’t equal out the same. That you can re check to make sure that your answer is right. That how do I make sure that i do t right?

Since exams I learn how to do systems of equations in different ways. One way to solve them is elimination. The other way is substitution. I’m still confused on how to do the word problems.

Three things I have learned to do since the exam is the ways to solving systems of equations. You can solve system of equation problems by graphing, elimination, or substitution. I learned that graphing is usually the shortest and easiest of the three. One thing I still don’t understand is almost everything about the word problems.

I’ve have learned how to do substitution, elimination and word problems easier. I find it interesting that you can solve multiple ways and I like doing substitution because it is easier. How can we make any of these easier?

I have relearned how to subtract equations. I have also relearned how to plug in an equation. I have learned how to use a graph to find missing points. I found subtracting equations interesting. I have also found graphing equations interesting. One thing that I would like help with is the distance equations.

I learned how to eliminate and substitute. I learned how to get the x and y together. I learned how to convert one of the veritables coefichent to match. I thought it was interesting they called it a coefficient. I thought it was interesting that people figured this out. One question I have is why do I need to know the price of bergers and fries when I can look at the menu?

I learned that I don’t have a favorite out of elimination substitution or graphing. I also learned when to use different ways of solving an equation. You eliminate when both variables are on the same side of the 2 equations. I found interesting that I am very good at doing equations. I also found interesting that you don’t always have to work harder you just need to work smarter! One question I still have is the river and the speed word equations

I have learned system of equations using graphs, story problems and substitution. U want to use common sense with some things. U need to get problems in y =mx+b in graphing. I still don't really understand how to use elimination.

One thing that I learned since the exam is when it's best to use substitution, and when it's best to plot points. When both equation are in slop intercept form it's best to plot. When both equation are in standard form it's best to use substitution. One thing I found interesting is having to plug in the numbers to solve and check. I also found that putting equation equal to each other is a way to solve for a system of equation pretty interesting. One question I have is when is it best to set equations equal to each other?

stuff that i found interesting was when you are substituting equations you need to make sure you cancel out one variable. Another thing I found interesting is that the word problems are actually pretty easy.
A question I have is that when you do the word problems should it be in a like (x,y)? or like it wrote out? Also will we need to know how to do the graphing for the test?

One thing I've learned since the exams is substitution, more substitution. Substitution is very simple and easy to find the answer. Another thing I've learned is graphing; I'm not that great at graphing but the lesson you taught made it seem so easy and kinda fun. the third and final thing I have learned was elimination, elimination reminds me of substitution because of how simple it is and how easy it is to get the answer. The two things I found interesting in my 5th hour algebra class would be how simple yet so explained so that you can understand the problem. Another thing i found interesting is the strange arguments you have with your students. A question I have for you is what made you so fascinated in a high school math class? I am only wondering because I am looking at being a teacher when I am older and I'm really only good at math.

One thing I have learned since the exam is to do more math that I did not know before. The word problems we are working on our getting easier for me which is nice. I am still having trouble with the substitutions but I am getting more more comfortable with it so I’m learning The substitution and the other one. I found the math we are doing now is a lot easier I think except for substitution then what we were doing. Also the word problems aren’t as hard as they were. I still have questions about substitutions but there’s lotta questions I have to ask because this is really easy.

Three things I have learned since the exam would be solving equations with substitution and elimination. Another thing iv’e learned is how to write and improve my paragraph better. Lastly, I have learned how to study better as a student. Two things I have found interesting would be learning how to take short cuts for problems. The last found interesting is the visuals Mr. Harris gives us, because it helps. One question I still have is, Are we going to do Khan Academy again?

Since exams I have learned more about subsitution and systems of equation. (that’s what they’re called right? Lol) I have learned there are multiple ways to do some things and I also found that interesting. I like it better knowing multiple methods bc it feels almost safer. A question I have is how to flip those equations so they still line up (ex. 19,21,23 Friday homework) I feel I am making it harder than it has to be, but I still would like practice.

Since the exam, I learned how to study more effectively . I also learned how to solve equations in 3 ways. We learned to solve equations by graphing, substitution, and elimination. One thing that I found interesting is that you can check you answer to see if it is correct by worrying backwards. Another thing I that I found interesting is that when graphing to solve equations, the point where the 2 lines intersect is the answer. A question I still have is that I tend to not know how to set up some word problems.

Things I learned after exams is how to solve substitution and how to get one variable by itself in substitution. And Elimination and how to cancel out a variable, I’m pretty sure I got those down. Two things I found interesting is using word problems for elimination, they are pretty simple to do if you read. Question I have is how to make equations equal ( x + 3y = 24 and 24 + 3y = x) and turning them into the same placement. That’s confusing to explain, but how to solve questions like 21 on elimination on the homework the other night.

What I've learned from the exam is how to solve substitution problems. I also learned how to do elimination problems, as well as word problems. I found that the different ways to solve equations and that the intersection of two lines is really easy to find. The only concern I have is that sometimes when I try to make two variables in an elimination problem the same, the answer doesnt always add up.

I learned how to solve subsitution problems. I learned how to do elimination proccess. I also learned how to graph subsitution problems. One thing I found interesting was that you can cancle out either x or y. Also that you can check all of your answers. I'm still confused on how to find the second varible like do you plug the fist varible into the original equations or the modified ones. Also I'm still confused on word problems that have you wright out the equations. Also distience and hour word problems.

I haven't really had problems with anything yet other than actually graphing the equations because they never turn out right.

Three things that I have learned since the exam is the process of substitution, the process of elimination, and those things in word problems, which is pretty easy as long as you know how to do it. Two things that I found interesting is how easy it is to graph substitution problems on a coordinate plain and how easy it is to check both the substitution problems and the elimination problems. I don't really have any questions about this stuff so, in my opinion, that is a good sign that I know this stuff.

Since the exam I have learned how to take my time on certain algebra equations like substituting variables. Which is another thing that I’ve learned. And one more thing that I have learned since the exam is how to graph substitution equations. But the things I found interesting were that I noticed how algebra equations are all based off of patterns that you just have to memorize. Another interesting thing is that I can learn from my classmates. But my questions are how do you know when to multiply by -1?And also how do you switch around y=mx+b when the equation looks like for example x+y=#?

I learned about how to do substitution, elimination, and systems of equations. I found the explanation Mr Harris used to explain why the variables are multiplied by the same number and I also thought it was interesting that you can solve these equations if the variable wasnt constant by using calculus. A question I still have is the system of equations thing with finding speed of something and wind/water/current speed is still hard for me to set up. Once I have set it up it is fine from there the solving part is easy but the actual setup is still a little do confusing.

Three thumbs bye that I have learned since the exam are that exams are easier than I thought. Two I relearned how to do substitution. Finally I l.earned how to do elimination. First is thing that I found was interesting was how easy the exams are. Second is that the concepts of elimination focused me at first and that doesn’t happen much with math. Is there a quicker way to do elimination?

The last thing I learned was when to use elimination to solve, or substitution, Or graphing. One thing I have found interesting was how simple elimination was to solve.
